Privacy Policy
ThinkAI Kids is operated by DEEPCLOUDX INFORMATION TECH PTE. LTD. (Singapore, UEN 202235426C). We know your and your child's privacy matters. This page tells you exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. What we collect
- Browser sessionStorage: a random 32-char ID per browser tab; gone when you close the tab. Used to group hits of one visit.
- localStorage: your accept/decline choice on the consent banner.
- Server logs: page path (e.g. /en/), your language, referer, country (per Cloudflare), browser user-agent. We do NOT store raw IPs — only a daily-salted, irreversible 16-char SHA256 fingerprint.
- NOT collected: real names, emails, phone, school, home address, anything directly identifying a person.
2. What we use it for
To see which pages are popular, which countries drive traffic, which language version needs work — to improve the product. Not sold to third parties, not used for targeted ads, not linked to Facebook/Google personal IDs (we don't run Meta Pixel / GA right now; if we do, the banner will ask again).3. How long we keep it
Marketing events auto-delete after 90 days. Support conversations: 365 days (legal). If you decline we collect 0; if you accept but change your mind, email us to wipe.4. Children's privacy (9-18)
Our audience includes minors. Default: no data collected unless a parent consents. We comply with COPPA (US, <13), GDPR-K (EU, <16), and UK AADC (<18) at the strictest level.5. Your rights

6. Third parties we use
- Cloudflare: CDN + DDoS protection. Reads your IP to compute country. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- That's it. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party cookies. If we add any, this page will update + banner re-prompts.
